Caminata is a marketplace for city walking routes and digital audio guides. Creators build walking routes through the web panel at caminata.app; users buy them and walk them from the iPhone app, which works offline once the route has been downloaded.

The activity is not subject to prior administrative authorisation (LSSI art. 10.1 c), nor does it constitute a regulated profession requiring membership of a professional body or an official qualification (LSSI art. 10.1 d). The company has not signed up to any code of conduct (LSSI art. 10.1 g).

Nothing is sold on this website. Routes are purchased exclusively inside the Caminata app for iPhone, through App Store In-App Purchase.

• Final price. The amount, including the taxes applicable in the buyer's territory, is shown in the App Store itself before the purchase is confirmed.
• Billing and payment. The transaction is completed through Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple charges the buyer and issues the purchase receipt.
• Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, not by the owner of this website.
• Creator panel. Access to and use of the web panel for creating routes is free of charge. Creator remuneration is governed by the Terms and Conditions.

The Caminata name, the design of the website and the app, and the software behind them belong to the company. The illustrations accompanying routes and cities are generated with artificial intelligence tools contracted by the company; creators do not supply artwork.

The texts and itineraries of each route belong to their creator, who grants the company a licence to translate, illustrate and distribute them on the terms set out in the Terms and Conditions. Reproduction, distribution or transformation of any content without authorisation is prohibited.

The geographic data used to determine the city and country of each route comes from OpenStreetMap: © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).

Access to this website is free and open. Users undertake to use it lawfully and not to carry out activities that could damage, overload or disrupt the normal operation of the service.

Routes are walked outdoors, on public streets. Users walk at their own risk and must at all times pay attention to traffic, signage and local rules. Route content is informational and may become out of date because of works, closures or changes to the places described.

The company is not responsible for the content of third-party sites reachable through links, nor for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control.

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. Complaints may be addressed first to support@caminata.app and will be answered in writing.

Where the user is a consumer, the courts of the user's place of residence have jurisdiction. Consumers resident in Spain may also turn to the consumer protection bodies of their autonomous community.

The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating in July 2025 following the repeal of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, so no link to it is provided.
